The Best thing in life.....Aren't things

This is one of my favorite stamp sets.  I haven't used it much so today I decided to find a set I hadn't used in a while and this is the one I chose.  Plus,  as you know.....I love the new Petite Petals punch.  As I was looking thru the Annual Catalog a few weeks back I found this other stamp that I really liked.  It is called Off the Grid.  It is also a new set in the Annual Catalog.  And I could see me using it alot.  So with that beings said this is what I came up with today.  And,  it was a rather simple card. Didn't take me anytime at all to do this card.  So let me tell you what I did.  Below is a picture of the items I used.  And if you know me.....It is much less than what I usually use but I really like this card.

Cut out your paper and set aside.

Begin with the 4 x 5 1/4 Coastal Cabana.  Use your embossing buddy all over the paper.  Now begin with your Whisper White in pad and you Off the Grid Stamp and stamp all over the paper.  Use your white embossing powder and then heat set it.   Using your Petite Punch punch out 5 green flowers and 19 flowers from your Fresh Prints DSP.  Use whichever ones you want.  I used a scrap piece of Whisper white c/s to stamp the saying (Chocolate Chip ink) from the Feel Good Stamp set and then using the Labels Collection framelit I ran it through my Big Shot to cut it out.  I then sponged the edges in Real Red ink.  

To put the flowers on I started with 5 flowers and framed it the way I liked.  Then using dimensionals I added 1 flower on top of the other 5 and added a center to the flowers-your choice of colors.  Using dimensionals I stacked 3 flowers on top of one another and placed them around the other flowers.  Using the 5 green petals I cut them apart to the center of each flower and used them as leaves.  After all the flowers were on I added the leaves.  

I glued the Real Red c/s to the Whisper White card base and then added dimensionals  to the back side of the Coastal Cabana and set it on top of the Real Red.  To top off the card I added 4 Rhinestones to the white saying.
